Background
The CSA Framework was born from real-world experience and data-driven insights. As a marketing executive at Groupon, I managed 12 markets with annual budgets of $20 million. I used this opportunity to run extensive tests and analyze what actually works, rather than relying on subjective opinions.
After leaving Groupon, I applied these insights to private clients through my agency.
